運輸條款
We deliver to Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, and New Territories on every Thursday and/or Friday (except public holidays) by us or third-party logistic services. Island Districts will be delivered via SF Express (HAVI Logistics Services) on fixed schedule depending on your island district. After two attempts of unsuccessful delivery, a fee of $55 will be charged for third attempt. Once you have placed an order, we will contact you to confirm your date and expected time of delivery. Usually, your order will be delivered 4-6 working days from the date of purchased because we know your furry baby can’t wait any longer. FREE delivery for orders $300 HKD or above. $55 HKD delivery fee is required for orders below $300 HKD.
每逢星期四或星期五由本公司或速遞服務送貨。服務範圍包括香港島，九龍，新界。如離島地區 (東涌，愉景灣及馬灣)將會用新夏暉香港(順豐與夏暉合資公司)冷凍配送服務，而派送時間另有安排。注意，所有送貨服務經過兩次不成功送府上會收取$55服務費。成功落單後，一般需要 4- 6工作天後發貨，我們的客服會聯絡你訂單送貨日期同時間。每單運費HKD$55，如全單總額滿HKD$300或以上免運費 (扣除折扣優惠後)。

No worries if you change your mind! However, we do not want to waste any food, so no cancellations will be accepted unless you give us 3 days notice prior to the delivery date that you have been informed.
