順豐到付，現貨落單後2日內送出；預訂貨物約3星期內送出。
Delivery by SF express, pay on arrival.
Shipping out within 2 days if items are in stock. Pre-order items will be shipped out within 3 weeks.
退貨與退款
所有貨品不設退款。
All items purchased cannot be refunded.
取消/退貨/換貨政策
下單後，所有貨品包括客製貨品，一律不設退貨/退款/更換。
All products purchased including custom items (such as special orders or personalized items)cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged.
在收到貨品後7天內，如收到的貨品非下單時選擇之款式，可以選擇換貨，但只限更換一次。所有貨品均不接受退款。
貨品必須是良好狀態、包裝完整及從未使用。換貨必須提供有效單據或付款證明。
所有換貨申請可以電郵到[email protected]。換貨前必須提出申請，未接納申請便退回貨物的換貨申請恕不接受。
You can request a return within 7 days after receiving your item only if you receive the wrong item, meaning that the item are not the one you purchased. Wrong item can be exchanged for once only and cannot be refunded.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in a good condition, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To request a return, you can contact us at [email protected].
You must request a return first before returning your item. If not, the request of return will not be accepted.
